CradlePoint has tested and certified a number of antennas to provide the best mobile broadband performance with CradlePoint embedded and integrated modem products.  The external antenna will collect the cell tower signal and send it through the cable to the integrated or embedded CradlePoint modem and router. When the modem transmits, the signal is transferred directly to the antenna and broadcasted back to the cell tower.
