Shipping:

We offer a variety of shipping options from UPS and USPS (US Postal Service).

Standard (US Mail) shipping for most antennas and adapters starts at $4.95. Shipping charges are based upon actual package weight/dimensional weight. As noted in item descriptions, some items are oversize and are expensive to ship via express/air.

Orders received by 2PM CT Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 2PM CT on Friday or on weekends and Holidays are scheduled for shipment on the next business day (but will ship same business day if possible). If the order that you are placing is HOT or you have any special requests, please contact us via telephone at (877)594-5766.

We are a stocking dealer and keep almost all items on hand in quantity (in particular, amplifiers, amplifier accessories, antennas and current adapters are all stocked in large quantity.) In rare situations, some orders may ship directly from our suppliers or an alternate warehouse and may require an extra day to ship.

Canadian/International Customers: We will gladly ship our products to Canadian customers and dealers. Please note that prices are in US$ and do not include customs/duty fees which are the responsibility of the customer. International orders may require an additional day before shipment. If you choose "US Mail" for shipment to an international address, please be aware that There is no tracking available and the items are not insured. We are not responsible for lost items. If you need to guarantee delivery please choose a UPS shipping option. International Warranty Information: The products we sell are warranted in the US. In order to receive warranty service, you will likely need to send the product back to the US. Typically, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax from Minnesota customers. We do not collect sales tax on orders outside of Minnesota.

Return:

We stand behind our products with a 30 day return policy and no restocking fees for items returned in compliance with our return policy. No credit will be issued for returns that do not meet the criteria below. If you need to return an item please contact us by phone or e-mail to obtain the required RMA number.

  • Product must be in original (new) condition (no signs of use, scratches, gouges, etc).
  • Except for Wilson Cellular products, products must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused. This includes no writing on packaging, UPCs intact, etc.
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means” (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX). A return shipping label will be sent if requested. The charge for this service is the same as the quoted UPS retail price for ground shipping plus insurance from the origin zip code to our location in Minnesota and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • All included items including components, manuals and warranty cards must be returned.
  • Pack items in the original product packaging, securely, well padded, inside of a shipping carton. DO NOT use the product packaging as the return shipping container, DO NOT lay items loosely inside shipping container (i.e. without padding) and DO NOT return item in an envelope unless the item was shipped to you in a padded envelope.
  • Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned in like fashion with the RMA Number clearly visible on the OUTER SHIPPING BOX, NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX.
  • A clear return address and RMA number must be on the outside of the shipping package.
  • Installed equipment (for example, car kits), headsets, software and data products are non-returnable. Defective items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty.
  • Special order and value-added items are repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty.
  • Items not in compliance with return policy will not be refunded.
  • All refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping charges.  

Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is received defective or in error. Should you encounter problems with the items you have purchased, wpsantennas.com staff are more than happy to help diagnose and correct the problem.

Warranty:

Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in seeking repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. Just call (877) 594-5766 or e-mail us. We make no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any goods or services sold to you.

THE FOLLOWING IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRNTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES MADE BY PURCHASER, OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. SELLER WARRANTS THAT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THE MATERIALS/GOODS DELIVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT WILL CONFORM TO SPECIFICATIONS, AND WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

Product Liability:

The maximum product liability to wpsantennas.com arising from any product sold on the wpsantennas.com sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall wpsantennas.com, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against wpsantennas.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

IF THE MAERIALS/GOODS FURNISHED BY SELLER FAIL TO CONFORM TO SUCH WARRANTY SELLER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY SHALL BE TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR UPON MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO CREDIT PURCHASER’S ACCOUNT FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIAL ONLY. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO MATERIALS ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR EXPENSE OR ASSOCIATED COSTS. IF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS MADE, SELLER SHALL REASONABLE TIME TO MAKE SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT F.O.B. SELLER’S PLANT, FREIGHT ALLOWED, NOTICE OF DEFECTIVE MATERIALS/GOODS, INCLUDING ANY SHORTAGES, MUST BE GIVEN TO SELLER VERBALLY WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS AND CONFIRMED IN WRITING WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS OF DELIVERY, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF PROFIT OR LOSS OF USE. IN THE EVENT OF PURCHASER’S FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO ACCEPT MATERIALS ORDERED, SELLER MAY WITHOUT NOTICE RETAIN OR REPOSSESS SAID MATERIALS AND PURCHASER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE, LESS ALLOWANCE FOR THE THEN CURRENT VALUE THEREOF AT THE OFFICE AFTER DEDUCTING FREIGHT, STORAGE, HANDLING, RESTOCKING CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS.

Privacy:

We will only use the personal information you provide us to service your order and respond to your requests. It absolutely will NOT be shared/sold/distributed to other companies. Please note that in the rare instance that we need to have a portion of your order shipped by a manufacturer or distributor we will need to provide them with your shipping address.

Price:

Prices are subject to adjustment by Wireless Phone Service, LLC d/b/a wpsantennas.com. (“Seller”) in order to conform to Seller’s prices in effect at date of shipment. Prices specified do not include any taxes (excise, privilege, occupation, sales, use, or other taxes payable on account), and all such taxes now in effect and/or hereafter levied which are applicable are in addition to such price shall be paid by the Purchaser..

Errors:

While we strive to provide accurate pricing and information on our website, errors may occur and we offer no guarantee to its accuracy. We will honor pricing errors to the best of our ability but do not guarantee to honor all pricing errors. We will contact you in the event that a pricing error does occur with your order.

Handling and Shipment of Customer Orders:

A. TELEPHONE ORDERS:

1) Purchaser assumes responsibility of the accuracy of orders placed by telephone unless a written confirmation is received prior to production and/or order fulfillment.

 2) When urgencies require verbal orders, your confirming order should be marked “Confirming Order – Do Not Duplicate,” Seller recognizes the need of filling orders promptly and agrees that it will use its best efforts to make shipments on the dates specified by Purchaser, provided such dates are reasonable; but, Seller shall not be liable for any damages for failure to make shipments on time due to fire, strikes, lockouts, differences with workmen, accidents, war, insurrection, delays in transportation, equipment failure, shortage of cars, trucks, fuel or material, governmental interference or regulation, acts of God or any other contingencies beyond Seller’s control.

B. DELIVERY & SHIPMENT:

Freight and transportation changes will be paid by Purchaser. Upon delivery of materials, f.o.b. carrier at Seller’s plant, all risk of loss, damage and other incidents of ownership shall immediately pass to purchaser, but title to such materials will be retained by Seller as security for Purchaser’s performance until payment in full is received.

C. RETURNS:

All sales to Purchaser are final. Purchaser must obtain Seller’s written authorization before returning any goods. Authorized returns are subject to a restocking charge of up to 50%. .
